Tell us about your current studio setup.

My current studio setup includes the Apollo, Adam A3X, an assortment of outboard gear - such as the CL1B, 1073, Avalon 737, Cranesong Flamingo, and the Dangerous Audio Monitor Controller - and many more.

The DAWs I use are Logic for production, and Pro Tools for recording and mixing.

Also, when producing, I use an assortment of analog keyboards such as the Moog, Grandmother, and Behringher PolyD. My preferred plugins are Fabfilter, Plugin Alliance, Waves, McDsp, and UAD.

Having worked on so many songs over the past few years, how do you stay fresh and excited about making music these days?

It's my passion. I can't really imagine myself doing anything other than making music. I do it recreationally and professionally, so producing and mixing is always exciting to me.

How do you typically approach the mixing of a song?

I really don’t have a process when approaching mixing or production. I work with so many different artists and in so many different studios I have to be a chameleon and change and adapt to the work environment or what the client is asking for.
